Compatible with all 50mL cartridges, this injector gun can also be used in an automated production line.
The DP-50 is particularly useful for avoiding the repetitiveness of the impression taking tasks that may be stressful for operator that does it manually all day long. Pneumatic application minimizes hand fatigue associated with manual injection using other guns.
It can also be paired with the DS-73 Automatic Time-Pressure Doser, which automates injection volumes and rates on a more advanced production line.
This gun can only apply Plastiforms in 50mL format, mixing the two components at a 1:1 ratio for optimal polymerization once applied to the work area.
Like with any other application gun, it is essential to equip your cartridges with an injector to ensure homogeneous mixing of the product.
The DP-50 can be used for any application involving a 50ml cartridge and can also be mounted on an automatic impression-taking system.
To fit a cartridge to the gun:
Lift the black support at the top.
Pull the black tab outwards as far as it will go.
Position the cartridge.
Secure it with the black support and push the tab inwards.
Attach the nozzle to the cartridge and add a tip if necessary.
Arm the gun with the pneumatic system.
Take your impression after verifying the mixture is properly mixed.
Before using the Plastiform, don’t forget to clean the part with DN1 degreaser.
