Description
M25 is a very flexible malleable plastiform whose footprint can withstand Extraction Stress of up to 15%. As a result, it is a malleable material capable of performing dimensional checks on complex external shapes (T-slots, grooves, etc.). The M25 is the most flexible malleable of the range, it is very elastic and very easy to extract.
The M25 is used in very specific cases where there is a high extraction constraint. It is particularly useful for controlling an area without having to dismantle an assembly. Its consistency will allow you to apply it by hand easily and its flexibility to extract it.
This plastiform can be cut with the Double Blade Cutter. This practice greatly improves the ease with which you will use the impression, which is why we recommend using the cutter with the M25.

Applications
The M25 is suitable for the following applications:
- Dimensional control of complex external shapes
To apply this product, an equal amount of the two components must first be mixed by hand. The paste must be kneaded until it has a homogeneous colour and then the product is ready to be applied.
Be careful, you must apply the plastiforms on a clean surface and clean it with the degreaser DN1.
Impression Measurement
The M25 impression is very flexible and can be controlled without contact using visual measuring systems:
- Profile projector,
- Microscope,
- Optical measuring system.
The use of the Double Blade Cutter is recommended.
Packaging :
Each product is delivered in two jars of 450mL A and B (900mL total), with a measuring spoon and instructions for use.
