Are all products compatible with the Double Blade Cutter ?
No. The double blade cutter can only cut semi-flexible impressions. You can check on the label and the technical sheet if the product you are interest in is usable with the Cutter.

How to clean the injection material after taking the impression ?
You don’t need to clean the material. The nozzle is going to trash and the tip is reusable after extracting the polymerized material inside it.
What is the purpose of the Double Blade Cutter?
The Cutter has been specially developed to facilitate the use of Plastiform impressions. It allows a slice to be cut in the axis of an impression in order to exploit its profile more easily on optical measuring instruments. It is customizable according to your needs.
What is the purpose of Plastin?
It is an industrial modeling clay that can be used as a replacement for conventional modeling clay. It is dedicated to industry, so it is permanently reusable and leaves no traces.
What is the smallest diameter at which these products can be effectively used?
For very small diameters (< 5mm), it’s best to use a liquid product and make a full impression. However, there is no minimum diameter. Use needle nozzles if you need more precision when pouring the product.
